This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for service cancellations, refunds, and disputes to ensure transparency and protect our business from chargebacks and unwarranted refund claims. Cancellation Procedures

1. Submission of Cancellation Notice:
   • Clients must submit a written cancellation notice to Rank On Top LLC.
   • The notice must include the client’s name, project details, reason for cancellation, and effective date of cancellation.

2. Responsibility for Project Information:
   • Clients must provide all required information and materials promptly to avoid project delays or additional charges. Delayed client communication may lead to timeline adjustments or project extensions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Website Design Services

• Non-Refundable Fee: The one-time website design fee is non-refundable once work has commenced, including after the first 24 hours of project initiation.
• Ownership Responsibility: Once the website and login credentials are delivered, the project is considered complete, and clients are responsible for safeguarding this information. Any recovery or modifications post-delivery will incur additional costs.
• Full Payment Requirement: Website design projects require full payment upfront, ensuring the client retains ownership for a lifetime upon completion.

SEO Services

• 6-Month Contract Commitment:
  • All SEO services require a minimum 6-month contract to allow sufficient time for achieving meaningful results.
  • No Cancellations: Clients cannot cancel the contract before the 6-month term ends. Attempting to do so will result in the full remaining balance of the contract being charged.
• Non-Refundable Policy: SEO payments are non-refundable, regardless of results or satisfaction, as SEO is a long-term strategy requiring continuous effort.
• Timeframe for Results: Clients acknowledge that SEO results typically take 5-6 months and cannot be guaranteed within 2-3 months.

Third-Party Involvement

• Rank On Top LLC is not responsible for negative impacts on SEO or marketing performance caused by actions of other third-party marketing companies engaged by the client.
• If a third-party agency or external entity pressures the client to cancel services with Rank On Top LLC, no refunds or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.

No Refunds After Work Begins

• Once work has commenced on either website design or SEO services, all payments are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Chargeback Policy

1. No Unauthorized Chargebacks:
   • Clients must contact Rank On Top LLC directly to address any concerns before initiating a chargeback.
   • Filing a chargeback without prior communication violates this policy and will result in legal escalation.
2. Legal Action for Chargebacks:
   • Unwarranted chargebacks will lead to:
     • Legal proceedings for recovery of funds and associated costs.
     • Reporting of fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
     • Potential criminal charges under New Jersey laws (2025).
3. Client Acknowledgment:
   • By engaging Rank On Top LLC, clients agree that all payments for services rendered are final and non-refundable.

Client Responsibility

1. Commitment to Terms:
   • Clients must understand and agree to the non-refundable nature of website design and SEO services.
   • Once a project begins, clients are obligated to fulfill payment requirements as per the service agreement.
2. Timely Provision of Materials:
   • Clients must provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals promptly. Delays in communication or delivery may result in project timeline extensions or additional charges.
3. Ownership Responsibility:
   • Clients are responsible for securing all credentials, deliverables, and materials once provided. Rank On Top LLC will not be liable for lost credentials or data after delivery.

Disputes and Termination

1. Disputes:
   • All disputes must be resolved directly with Rank On Top LLC. Clients agree not to initiate disputes through third parties or external agencies.
2. Termination for Cause:
   • Rank On Top LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches terms, including:
     • Non-payment or delayed payments.
     • Failure to provide required project materials.
     • Non-compliance with service agreements.
3. Third-Party Influence:
   • If another marketing company approaches the client with offers to cancel services or acts against Rank On Top LLC, no refunds will be issued, and all payments will remain final.

New Jersey Law Governing

This policy and all services provided by Rank On Top LLC are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes or claims arising from this policy will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Jersey. Clients agree to resolve disputes in accordance with New Jersey law.

Amendments to the Policy

Rank On Top LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Clients will be informed of changes via email, and continued use of services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
